Synopsis: Set at the end of the Gulf War, Three Kings tells the story of three American soldiers who discover a map pointing to a store of gold bullion hidden in a bunker protected by Saddam Hussein's army. The soldiers are proud and dedicated Sgt. Troy Barlow (Mark Wahlberg), religious and bored "Chief" Elgin (Ice Cube), and redneck Pvt. Conrad Vig (Spike Jonze). Special Forces Sgt. Major Archie Gates (George Clooney), discovers, then who promptly commanders the top-secret mission to locate the gold and keep it for themselves. Their journey is initially untroubled: Hussein's troops ignore the Americans after a recent truce. However, just after getting their hands on the gold, they witness the execution of an Iraqi woman in front of her family. Unable to walk away, they find themselves in the middle of a firefight, risking their loot and their lives.
