Synopsis: This film was written by famed playwright/screenwriter David Mamet, although he originally wrote it under another name. The movie starts with a meeting taking place in a Paris warehouse for a group of men, all of whom have highly specialized skills. Among them are an American who may or not be an ex-CIA agent; a blank-faced Frenchman; a Russian computer geek and allegedly an ex-KGB member; a British demolitions specialist; and another American. When they get there they find they've been hired by the IRA to track down and recover a briefcase located somewhere in Europe. The intrigue begins as this group targets various locales in Europe, people begin to die, and Russian hoodlums get involved. Emotional and suspense-ridden, the film doesn't let up until the briefcase is found and the mystery of its contents disclosed. Superb acting and plenty of action sequences to boot.
